AlwaysOn currently provides three levels of SLA’s i.e. Silver which comes with all services as a standard, or the Gold & Platinum level SLA’s which can be customized to the client’s business needs. The support team comprises of subject matter experts (SME) in areas of satellite, terrestrial, submarine and wireless networks while our round the clock availability gives customers the required confidence in our service levels.

After installation or in AMC, we provide professional support both onsite and remotely. For networks and computers under a service contract, we proactively monitor the network to identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems. Annual Maintenance Contract
AlwaysOn Provides Computer AMC. There are however, certain things that you must know about these contracts before you actually get into one. If you are concerned about repair and maintenance costs, we offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Our highly skilled Technicians install, maintain and repair Windows-based PCs, Macintosh Computers, Laptop / Notebook, modems, and network connections. Certified technicians can make on-site repairs in departmental offices / Individuals, or you can bring your equipment to the workshop.
